Use ZiPhone to put it into DFU Mode and then restore.

Search. I'm sure you'll find it. Just type it in the search bar and you should be able to find it. If not and you've tried searching numerous times then ask us again.

ok. i have tried force restore, DFU mode through ziphone and gojohnyboi's downgrader and none have worked. I get a "1603" error or a "5" error. I am really starting to get worried now. Any other ideas??

have you tried using the regular restore mode (restart while holding the home button)?
    this might work

That error is because it's not in proper DFU Mode. Hold home and poiwer button until ipod is not shown on itunes and then let go of power button and keep holding home button until itunes recognizes the ipod again and then restore.

camf73, It sounds as though you have the scrolling white text with the BSD Error?
