Whenever I try to downgrade my 3g touch to 3.1.2 from 3.1.3, I always get error 3194. I do have my SHSH sigs saved on cydia, and I did add the ip address to the host file. I also put it into dfu mode. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? I'm trying to downgrade for the new sn0wbreeze JB.

Ah I see. I saw that thread a lot but though it wouldn't apply to me. Thanks. I'll write what happens when I try it.

Could it be anything to do with itunes?

It will say extracting software, then verifying update with apple, then error 3194.

with tiny umbrella, the tss server wont start and says I'm not running as admin, and I am. It uses port 80, and nothing was running on port 80, but it just won't start.

I had the same exact problem. It turns out that I really didn't have 3.1.2 SHSH's backed up and cydia was glitching when it said that I did. Im guessing you really don't have 3.1.2 SHSH's backed up at all.

No, I do. I extracted them with tiny umbrella, and would be able to downgrade, but I can't start the TSS server. Any ideas?
