I can delete apps using my iPod or iTunes.
I don't feel like deleting with SSH so are there any other ways or solution to this problem?

Stop being lazy and delete the apps manually.

^ How is that being lazy?

When you say apps, do you mean apps from the App Store or apps from Cydia? App Store apps can be deleted directly from the homescreen. All you do is hold your finger down on an app (any app, it doesn't matter) and then all the apps should start wiggling. The App Store apps will have little X's on the upper-right corners. Press it, then press delete.
If you want to delete Cydia apps, there are two ways of doing this:
    1) Open Cydia, press Manage, press Packages. Find the package you want to remove. Press it, press "Modify" in the upper-right corner of the screen, press remove, then confirm.
    2) Download "CyDelete" from Cydia. This allows you to delete Cydia apps in the same fashion you would App Store apps.

Because he says he doesn't feel like deleting them by ssh'ing... He already said he can't delete the apps from his ipod so that means he must now how already (app store apps at least).

He shouldn't have to delete them with SSH. Try making sure you don't have app deletion turned on in either lockdown, madvlock or supreme preferences

    Solved my problem!

I encountered the same problem. It was actually because of the App Deletion Lock on Lockdown. Initially thought that function was to encrypt app deletion.
