can't change wallpaper.. the original wallpaper, the one that's displayed when locked

    HELP!!! I can't change my wallpaper. I used ipodtouchmaster's jailbreak method.. but i still can't change the wallpaper.. i tried changing it in settings and in photos.. but it still doesn't change..

    i'm thinking it has something to do with the permissions, but i can't locate where the folder is located. anyone?? help!!

    Are you talking about the wallpaper that shows up when your ipod is locked? In this case, the planet earth?
    Or are you talking about the black one behind your icons?

    try manually changing the file LockBackground.png in private/var/mobile/Library. on other words, make a 320 x 480 png file named LockBackground, and place it in that directory.

    You can also try installing Summerboard from Installer.
