    Hi

I'm new here, I've had my 16gb ipod touch for about 2 months now and I love it but I'm having trouble, I can't seem to add full length movies to my ipod, I can music and pictures without a problem.

But when I rip my dvd and convert it to the correct format for my ipod and try and to put it onto the ipod I keep getting a error message that the video will be unable to play on the ipod, but what I don't understand is I can add short tv shows but not a film and its not the file size because I have enough room.

What program are you using to rip the dvd and do you have screenshots of the error by any chance? Could be your software but I use Videora and it works fine with me. Its also free too.

What format are you converting the movie to?

The iPod touch supports .mp4 and AAC format.
