I cannot restore it to factory settings because my iPod wants to do it in my C drive, but it has very VERY limited space right now, so how can I make it restore with another disk?

You need to be more specific. Are you saying the itunes store cant download the original firmware because your c drive doesnt have enough space?

I thin that is what I mean, yes. My C disk is very limited right now, can I somehow change the location that the orginal firmware will be downloaded to?

    Thanks!

Try opening itunes, click edit, then preferences, click the advanced tab and at the top you should see something that says "iTunes Music folder location" try changing that too the location of your external harddrive your using. A little suggestion to save C drive space is to get a decent size external harddrive (30gb or so) and just copy all your itunes music over to that and delete it off your C drive and empty your recycle bin.
