DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS GUY. WHILE HE MEANS WELL, THAT SOURCE HASN'T WORKED IN 2 MONTHS.

    1. Go to sources
    2. Edit
    3.Add
    4.Add the source http://hackthatphone.com/1.xml
5.There. Tweaks 1.1.1 should now appear in your categories.

So you have nothing else (apps) on your iPod, and are connected to a strong wi-fi connection? If that's the case, there isn't any reason why it shouldn't work.

Great job catching the mistake spoonforlife, I was just replying to it when I saw that you'd already helped him out.

Your iPod may have timed out.
Make sure that your Wi-Fi is strong, and try it a few times.

I'd reccomend taking everything else off of the queue too.
