Cannot Delete Pictures From Camera Roll

    ^^^^ So whenever I go to delete pictures I've already synced to my phone through iTunes from the camera roll once I press the home button and go back to photos they just re-appear, any ideas?

    If they are pictures you synced via iTunes you can only remove them through iTunes.

    I said Camera Roll not sycned pictures, but I changed the permission and it solved the problem so this can be closed.

    Yes you mentioned the camera roll but your first post said they were pictures you synced via iTunes.

    Unless something has changed you can't move photos from the iPhone to iTunes by syncing it; you can only sync from the computer to the iPhone.

    Same thing happened to me. You have two options, the first works most of the time, the other always works.

    1) Get BossPrefs or SB Settings and click More -> Fix User Dir Permissions

    2) Restore -> Re-Jailbreak

    Try the first option first.
