hey i'm 17 so i dont have a credit card...yet....anyways, can u use a gift card to purchase apps??
of course u can
anything from the itunes store
Please note that your iTunes gift card has to be a US one, so if you live in the US your fine otherwise I've already a couple post where users from other countries (like canada) couldn't use the gift cards they bought to buy apps.
theres a way to purchase things without any type of credit card info pm me if you need more info
In the US it should work, but in Canada it won't because there are software laws that prohibit the purchase of software using pre-paid cards.
These laws also apply to the European Union, if anybody lives there...
I read a post that some kid in Europe bought US iTunes gift cards and was able to buy apps. Don't remember the post though since this issue doesn't really apply to me lol
Oh just to let you youngin's know debit cards work too, so if you have a bank account go apply for a checking account and a check/debit card. That's what i've been using. its good cause I transfer only they money I need to my checking account so to prevent direct access to my savings.
definitely u can start getting them! have fun!
Probably cause he has an american account, and he bought the cards.
iTunes has no way of knowing where he lives, unless they do ip geotagging, which (i think) infringe privacy laws.
dam it, i just bought 20$ itunes cards for apps and now i cant get any this suck huge.
make yourself a debit card "junior" or something like that if you encounter problems.
