Can you still upgrade?

    Alrite, lets first start off saying I dont want to jailbreak these apps, im perfectly fine with paying for them but I was wondering if you can still buy the upgrade? Because the iPod Touches in my local store are 250 dollars without the software upgrade and 300 dollars with the upgrade. Is it still possible to pay Apple 20 dollars to upgrade or was that only in January? If I can then I can save myself 30 dollars :).

    im not going to waste my time jailbreaking when appstore is just around the corner, id rather pay for it. i just need conformation that you still can.
