Is it possible to back up your apps? I'm going to be mixing up some firmware and testing some stuff so I'm certain my iPod's gonna get f***ed up, and it takes forever to reinstall all my apps! Is there a way to back them up?

    lol

Just get into your iPod Touch via SSH and copy the application folder onto your computer.

Yeah, what dhredsox said. There's also a thread on here about application backups.

no, this didnĀ“t work for me. The apps were on the iPod, but after tapping them they do not load.

Did you reset the applications permissions to 755 after you put them back on your iPod Touch?

no. Thx for the hint, I will figure this out. I recommend to backup the library-folder of the applications as well.
