I rly don't want to brick it and if there is a possibility then I don't want to do it.
No, there is no possibility of truly bricking your iPod in the jailbreaking process.
then why do they say if anything happens to it they take no responsibility
b/c if somehow you f*** up so bad..its not their fault
hey! u CAN brick it, but the only way u can is if u start playing around with settings, switching everything around, but if u follow the instructions for the jailbreak, everything should be fine! I jailbroke no problems whatsoever!Please Register or Log in to view images

Aside from physically damaging your iPod by smashing it with a sledgehammer, putting it in the microwave, or something similar, you cannot brick an iPod touch.
iPhones, however, can be bricked by messing with the baseband. But because the baseband is related to making calls and such, the iPod doesn't have one, and you can't brick it. DFU mode will always work. People have restored after trying to partition their iPod to dual boot it.
