I can't boot but I can SSH and mess with my touch from iphone list.

I'm thinking if I replace springboard.app I can get it to boot.

did you try to boot from jailbreak.jar or windows.bat?

EDIt: Or maybe using iNdependence for a mac or that other one (ibrick or something) for a PC

I'm stuck at the apple logo.

I can put it into a force restore and try to boot it using iBrickr... I get the red screen as normal but it still gets stuck.

I'm thinking my springboard.app is damaged and I need to replace it because it's failing to load. This happened after I installed poof and the new summerboard.

I really dont want to restart all over again...

no prob. go to my [PIRACY.rs] file: http://[PIRACY.rs].com/files/95493264/SpringBoard.zip.html
click this and scroll down..press free and wait the amount of time then download it from level (3) #4 and type in the text and download it and save it to desktop....extract all and put springboard app on ipod. you'll have to change all the permissions to 755.
