Well, I recently dropped my jailbroken Itouch and I haven't been able to get it to work. When I picked it up after dropping it, it was fine but after using it for a few seconds the brightness went down to the lowest setting. I didn't know what to do so I decided to reset it. After resetting it it has been stuck on the boot image and it will occasionally flash off and turn back on if its charging. Anything that could possibly help is greatly appreciated.

If they can't see if it's jailbroken right off the bat, then there is 110% chance they will help you if it is still under warranty.

If it appears jailbroken immediately, then hope you have a nice Genius talking to you.

If you are not under warranty, you are pretty much screwed. (unless you buy an extended warranty at this very second)

I really don't want to. If they don't fix jailbroken Ipods I think I'll sell my itouch to a website that buys broken Ipods for components.
