Can someone PLEASE answer this...

    Can anyone find a program FOR WINDOWS... That changes binary .plist files to Text?

    PLEASE!!

    .plist files are text files
    You can simply use wordpad to open them.

    I use XMLSpear Java XML Editor for opening and editing them, I think its for free.

    Some are binary...

    I'll check to see if XML Spear will do what I need it to do.;

    umm i just double click through winscp and it opens it in a text file

    I would check alot of different .plist files...

    Some ARE in binary.
