In this case, we can connect iPod Touch to PC without AP.

    Hello !

IpodT is able to connect to AdHoc networks (I use this method to connect to my laptop to acces the net at works becasue my company does not offer wireless network).

However, currently IpodT is not able to CREATE an AdHoc network... this is only a SW limitation from my point of view. This feature on IpodT is only relying on Apple or 3rd party developpers wish

If you have a Windows Mobile device with HSDPA, WMWiFiRouter for WM5 or WM6 will create a mobile ad-hoc network that will turn your iPot into a high speed iPhone minus the phone. Obviously you still need your WM device in your pocket.
