Can I use OpenSSH/WinSCP as an iTunes replacement?

    ^not true. learn how to ssh if u dont know how and install dtunes from cydia then go in ssh to var/mobile/library/downloads open dtunes theres your currents stuff. you can manually copy new files from your computer.
    You can also go to /var/mobile/media/itunes_control/ but u may need itunes installed probably.


    I had to do this for a while when i had a windows 2000 computer tht cant recognize an ipod touch. but u can ssh cuz it uses ur wifi not the actuall computer. weird. hope this helps

    But that's not the same as iTunes in creating a playlist for MobileMusicPlayer, IIRC... which is what iTunes would've done, and what a few other programs did for iPods prior to the Touch.
