Can I use a sports band when lifting weights?

    I want to use my iPod touch 2G while I lift weights / work out at the gym, but I'm not sure of whether or not it will get in the way.

    Any advice?

    You're probably better off putting it in your pocket.

    The wire might get in the way while benching and curling, so maybe your pocket is the best bet.

    I Have one, if you tuck the wire in, you should be fine. Works for me

    Yea, pocket is good. But if you are doing decline bench pressed or leg press, be careful
