    Hello:

I am planning on selling my 32GB 1st. Gen Ipod Touch and purchase 2 new ones;A 2nd. Gen 32GB Ipod Touch and an iPod nano.

My question is can I transfer my purchased applications (includying OS version 3.0) to the other 2 iPods without paying again?

    Thanks,
    Roberto

Not sure about the 3.0 FW, but the apps you bought can be synced to all your iPods and iPhones. I never had an iPod nano, but I doubt iPhone apps will work on it.

those apps won't work on the nano. only games that will work on the nano are under the "iPod Games" in iTunes.

yeah, you should have no problem. me and my sister share one iTunes account and we share the applications we purchase. i have a 1g 8gb and she has a 2g 16gb and there are no problems.
