I recently bought a touch from a girl that only had it for 3 months which means its still under warranty(1 year warranty i believe).

Anyways its kinda beatup and the screen is seperating on the left so I was wondering since im not the original owner if i can take it back under warranty or since im a second owner i lose warranty benefits. Thanks

The warranty is transferable, but no, they won't cover normal wear and tear.

yeah id say no, cuz first u gotta have the receipt, and if you have that... well you can't get a warrenty. U mite be able to return it, and then buy a new one idk.
