Can I restore a jailbroken 1.1.2 to 1.1.4 without any steps in between?

I have a 1.1.2 jailbroken touch I never bothered to update. I decided I don't really need most of the apps on it so I want to do a clean restore and wipe out everything. Can I just do so through iTunes and upgrade to 1.1.4 or do I need to do something else?

Edit: Sorry, meant to post this in the Jailbreak section (not the 1.1.4 section).

    Follow This, Then Hit Restore:

[HOW TO] Put iPhone/iPod Touch In DFU mode
    1. Make sure your iPhone/iPod Touch is turned on and connected to iTunes
    2. Hold the power and home button down at the same time till it turns off
    3. As soon (like once you see) the iPhone/iPod Touch disappears (disconnects) from iTunes, let go of the power button but continue to hold the Home button
    4. Wait till iTunes says "Your iPod is in recovery mode and has to be restored", if you look at your iPhone/iPod Touch the screen will be black...This is normal and your iPhone/iPod Touch is in DFU mode

ur saying you just want a totally stock up-to-date iPod again???

If thats the case, then just Shift+Click Restore in iTunes and select the according .ipsw file....

EDIT: Listen to Khaos NOT me... guarantee he knows more, oh and khaos,

I never got to completely thank you for your AMAZING 1.1.4 jailbreak guide... worked like a charm and i'm so glad to have my ipod jailbroken again after about 4 months of having it stock...
