    Yes, you can with Sn0wbreeze. Unless its an MC model then your stuck.

    You can cause its a Old Bootrom model device.

    Use redsn0w to Jailbreak
    or create a custom IPSW to prevent Baseband Update with Snowbreeze on Windows or Pwnagetool on a Mac

    Its a 3g there are no 3g MC models. Back to your question use Redsn0w 0.9.4 and select the 3.1.2 FW to jb it.

    Yes redsn0w. Sn0wbreeze is still too buggy and gives you iTunes Error 16xx almost everytime you try to restore to the custom FW.

    We will not fix it if you jailbreak it. only Apple workers can break their iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad and get it fixed. you can get it fixed if you restore it and give it to us to fix.
