I'm just wondering. If I upgrade my iPod Touch 2g from version 2.1.1 to the 2.2 firmware. Will I be able to downgrade it back to the 2.1.1 version if I wanted to or no?

    Yes.
You'll pretty much always be able to downgrade the iPod touch.

2.2 is great though, you won't want to downgrade. Well, I suppose it isn't that much different. I don't know.

Yes you can. I don't know why you would want to downgrade with faster wifi and autocorrect optional though. It's your choice, but yes, it is an option.

The one I have used is hold "shift" and click on restore(when iPod is connected.
