Can anyone make a game with a keyboard or guitar? Just to play notes.

Im not an expert hacker but I am wondering if anyone can make a simple application where it is just a keyboard that you tap the keys and it plays notes. It would also be very cool if you could do it with a guitar and literally strum the notes. Can anyone do this?

Edit- So there have been drums and keyboards, but the problem I am finding is that it is way to quiet and there is no way to make it louder. Also there is no guitar like thing where you can actually play the cords. That would be awsome.

There's something kind of similar in the Installer, called beatphone. You should check it out.

Search for beatphone, there's a thread with the sound problem being fixed... Good luck!

Well, like Mark said there's a piano app.. on the i-App-a-day source... Never tried it myself but it should work.

First search for the i-app-a-day source on the installer, install it, refresh go to the i-app-a-day category and there you should find the Piano app.
