I'd recommend Kalyway 10.5.2 Intel+Amd. It has options for your AMD board and will make the whole process a lot easier.

There's nothing really more I can tell you right now...Just one question: Is your hard drive sata or IDE?

Ok, the SATA hdd might give you some trouble in the future. If you get the infamous "Still waiting for root device" error, it is due to your SATA hdd. There isn't much you can do except install Leo on an IDE or external hdd (if your bios supports booting from a USB hdd). I have a sata hdd, and I couldn't even boot into the install DVD - I installed mac on an external hdd. It still runs 5x as fast as Xp.

Be sure to tell us how installation goes and remember to back everything up before experimenting.

Yes, you should back up your system. Whether you do a complete backup or just a backup of your valuable files is up to you. If you don't have an external drive, you can always back up to CD or DVD.

ok, so im burning the iso of leo4all right now, im gonna see how that goes, i got close with leo4allv2 but it wouldnt load up into leo, it would keep on sending me 2 install again, so lets see how this goes, im gonna just end up dual booting, and writing over my ubuntu partition, should i still back up my vista partition anyway?

I would recommend doing so, yes. Based on my past experiences, better safe than sorry. Good luck.
