    hi everybody...

I got my ipod touch 3G in the usa and I recently moved back to germany. to be able to charge my ipod whereever I am I bought an adapter for the normal outlet with an USB port. I used it liked 1000 times in the U.S. to charge my Ipod and I also used it in germany before.

this morning I was gonna charge it again and it turned off by itself and will not let me turn it back on....
I already tried to push the sleep and home button at the same time but it does not do anything when I do that.

When I plug it into my laptop it´s not being recognised (on any computer).

    please I need your help!!!!

wait until your battery drain completely. it's about 3 days i think. then recharge it with external adapter. i had a same problem and resolved this way. so hope this works for you too

Make sure it's a USB 2.0 port. Make sure the power source is plugged in or has power itself. Make sure that the iPod is, in fact, off. Try holding the power and home buttons for 10 seconds. If that dosen't work, try holding down the home button as you are pulgging it in to a computer with iTunes and blackra1n. It will go into restore mode. Jailbreak with blackra1n. Done.
