Can´t connect to iPod via CuteFTP!

    Hey,

    I got a problem, I can´t connect to my iPod Touch anymore, i´m using CuteFTP 8 and i´m an Windows User! There are several errors when i try to connect to my Pod. Also i tried to restore my iPod and after that, it didnt work eather! I hope you can help me!
    Ohh, and how do you change the password to get in your iPod? I mean the root password.

    When you say that you can't connect anymore do you mean that it won't know, or was that just a typo, and you could never connect in the first place.

    If you've never been able to connect before, try going to new connection, than make sure that it is a SSH/SFTP connect with the username "root" and password "alpine"(without the quotes).

    I connected before...
    But now it just won´t connect, it says the connection timed out! Also tried Winspc, didnt work either!

    I've re-tried the jailbreak and *think* I may have found the problem. If I have, I'll repost.

    I just did the 1.1.2 update. No problems. But, I can no longer access my iPod T using my FTP program as I used to. I've got the iPhone 1.1.2 apps on my desktop but I can't figure out how to upload them to my iPod.

    YES, I HAVE TRIED SEARCHING!

    Nope

    Don't know why, but still can't connect to iPod T. using my SFTP. I did so dozens of times prior to the 1.1.2 upgrade. BUT, I've found a work-around to getting the iphone apps to load. IPODTOUCHMASTER's YouTube vid shows how to do so using wifi. That dude is AWESOME. He's a good example of people doing positive things to help others.

    check you IP address again may have changed oddly enough happend to me

    Yeah, I actually double checked the IP address just the other day. Same as before. Weird.

    Doesn´t work for me...
    Restored about 4 times, didnt worked either, also formated my PC and set up everything new. Gonna try another router now, maybe it works then!

    Nothing yet for me either

    Well like my title indicates, nothing I've tried works yet either. If I should ever find a way, I'll let you know.

    i have same problem worked before i upgraded to 1.1.1
