So, since the day i got my touch i have synced it to Outlook 2007 with no problems at all.
Recently i re-jailbreaked into 1.1.4 and when i went into calendar i suddenly noticed that all the times have skipped forward 8 hours and 30 minutes. Something that should happen 17:30 on monday is now 02:00 on tuesday, the "whole day" appointments are still fine. And of course the error have appeared in Outlook too, is there any easy way to change everything back to how it should be?

I had the same problem, I only solved it by re-entering my data, or editing reccuring events.

Sorry and good luck, if you find any other method please let me know.

    I found one, but I haven't tried...

I found one application named Touch Calendar Fix by Nullriverr. So far I dont have any problem with my calendar, but it worth to try.

In installer, it is under TWEAKS section. I am not sure about the repo for that, might be from iPod Touch Fans, or might be from Ipodtouchmaster.

Glad if I could help you guys.
