Hello all...I am a college student trying to start this semester off on the right foot and I'm looking for a calendar application for my iPod Touch. I'd also really like it to have a desktop application to sync to. I realize Google probably has something to do this but I'd like to get a totally separate application so I can have everything laid up front on my desktop. Don't care if its free or paid, just would like the desktop/ipod syncing. Thanks very much.

I was going to create a thread, but I'll just add on to this one.

What is the best calendar to use on the iPod Touch? Is it the one that is built in? Or is there a better one that you would recommend?

    Thanks.

I like the standard calendar, but what I'd like is an option for events and such put up in the calendar to be shown when in "locked" mode, just like you can see the time, date and so on.

Cool thanks. I downloaded Saisuke lite but I am not big on it as I can't seem to get it to sync through iTunes. The regular calendar will though.

Well, if you have a Google Calendar, there's a couple options

First off, you're going to want to set up Google Sync

After that, the default apple Calendar functions
    But it's not that stylish

Me currently I'm having a hard time deciding between
    SaiSuke $10
    CalenGoo $7
    .Sched $8

And I'm completely open to other suggestions.
