Right now i'm downloading microsoft Visual C++ 2008 express edition and i want to know if that program teaches you the development code.
If not, is there an easy way to learn this code.

I found learning c++ very easy. Just look for online tutorials.

Are you looking to make command-line apps, or apps with GUIs?

GUI apps are a little more difficult. You should start with command-line.

    Confused

But my question is, can the visual C++ help me learn the code or can the online tutorials teach me the code.

There's probably a help section on the program, you could look at that and it might help you learn. If it doesn't you'll have to go for the online tutorials

Go for the online tutorials, but as Skylar once said, some people out there who teaches you how to code has some really bad habits and most of them are beginners themselves so Youtube isn't exactly the best place to start.

Try to find some trusted sources like the famed "For Dummies" books or something like that.
