buying the touch

    i was looking at a site that sells touches for a cheaper price --- but i dont think u get the receipt so can u still go to apple with no receipt and get a new one over the warranty if it breaks

    ummmmmmm u need a receipt for apple to know its still under warranty so no bit id try ebay if u dont care

    You should get a reciept even if it's just a screen shot of the online purchase. If they are not giving reciepts then I would be cautious, you may not even get the Touch.

    A legitimate business will give you a reciept.

    if it's legit they'll give you an online receipt that you can print.
    but if it's cheaper i doubt it's legit.

    Ebay a Great Source

    I bought my brand new Touch on eBay for $385 plus $20 shipping, no sales tax. Standard Apple Warranty. $62 through Square Trade provides three year extended warranty including screen damage.

    Bidding can be competitive but there are times when you can sneek in and WIN!
