The ebay seller says unused, new, 1 year warranty, he's a powerseller with good feedback and has sold a few more ipods.

My question is, if I buy from ebay, will the Apple people repair or replace it till 1 year under warranty considering I am buying from eBay? Do I need to confirm something before buying, I mean, what do I ask him?

Anyone who bought from ebay or knows something may help.

    Thanks

I think it comes with a year warranty no matter what.

The warranty is 'attached' to the iPod's serial number. Only thing is, I'm not sure what would happen if it's in another country.

Okay, it should be fine then, you should be able to just bring it to an Apple Store and do whatever. And since it's an iPod Touch 4G, there will be a warranty for sure.
