I have to catch like 3 different buses to/from uni everyday and checking the timetables each time is a pain in the ass, especially since I can catch several different buses for each leg of the trip so I need to check loads of timetables to see which one is coming first.

I was thinking about making an app that has all the timetables stored in it.
But instead of searching through each timetable manually I would just make the app check the time, run through the timetables and see what time the next bus should arrive.
So I run the app, and it displays something like this.

    No 12: 15 mins
    No 66: 42 mins
    No 18: 3 mins

Is something like this possible to program on the Touch?
I have some programming experience but have no idea where to start on programming on the Touch.

    Cheers

you could store all the schedule info in a database or xml file
you could write something in Jiggy to handle the xml, and do all your calculations

    Thanks,
I've used XML before, but never heard of jiggy so I'll have to do some research on that!
