Built in iTunes movie converter?

    i right clicked a movie on my iTunes and it said convert to iPod Touch/iPhone compability or something

    i was about to deleat the movie but i clicked it (i was going to deleat it because i needed to convert it and so on

    What im getting at is this converter is taking a while and will it work?

    yeah it should work fine. That's actually been in there since the 5th gen iPod has been out.

    oh... good i geuss becaus i used to search for pre-converted videos and ym choices were very limited

    wait what do u mean by converted? Do you mean like from avi to mpeg4? Or like ipod classic size to ipod touch size?

    yeah

    Yeah it is a converter but its really slow, it took about half an hour for just a 27 second video to convert.

    thats not a problme though because on my vista if i click switch user it keeps my stuff going but im not logged in so i can leave it overnight

    It takes forever to convert any file into an MP4, even a really short one. But I think it can only take mpeg's.

    I think it's probably just better to use Videora. It's free (no adware either) so it can't hurt to install.
