Wrist Curls... Or what the baseball players do: Tie some free weights to a baton or stick (If stick, make sure it's durable) with a rope. Stick your arms straight out so they are parallel with the ground. Using only your wrist, twist the baton/stick so the weights go up and can't go up any higher, twist opposite so they go down (Original position). Repeat.

The second gives better results, but is a pain in the ass to do. You'll feel your forearms burn.

Good luck... I need to work on my forearms too.

    Sources:
-Football coach (He was my track coach, I didn't do foot ball, I'm 100lbs 5ft tall) for wrist curls (I needed them because they weren't strong enough to do the amount of weight I did hang cleans with.
-Baseball coach/players for the second one.

I've tried each of these myself and they do work and work well (Don't let the weight/height fool you, I work out constantly, I'm just short

    ).

If you need any other things let me know... I know some, but not all.

that work out is perfect for what you want forearm-wise

but for a better handshake, and grip with ur hand and fingers, get a blue hand ball and just squeeze the hell out of it

its the best grip exorcise you can do for sure

i like to call it "do until failure"

in other words, do it until you can't

then take a little break, and do it again

you will not only get a better grip, but you will get crazy pump(veins popping out of your arm) in the long run if you do it religiously
