How can I build the iPhone 2.0/3.0 toolchain for Linux Ubuntu. I tried using Saurik's guide here: http://www.saurik.com/id/4. But I believe it was for Mac because I couldn't follow this segment:
    Code:
    mkdir -p "$(dirname "${sysroot}")"
    cp -aH "${iphonefs}" "${sysroot}"
    cd "${sysroot}"
    rm -rf usr/include
    cp -a "${leopardinc}" usr/include cd usr/include
    ln -s . System
    cp -af "${iphoneinc}"/* .
    cp -af "${apple}"/xnu-1228.7.58/osfmk/* .
    cp -af "${apple}"/xnu-1228.7.58/bsd/* .
    cp -af "${apple}"/cctools-667.8.0/include/mach .
    ...

But all of those are on a Mac. So how can I build the tools and install the headers for the iPhone toolchain 2.0/3.0 for Linux Ubuntu (Debian-based).
