okay, from this link http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140493 it sounds like the offical stance of ipodtouch fans regarding bluetooth is:
why would you be so negative? and why would you close the tread? are you that confident that "it's not going to happen. Not from us, not from sweettooth,"

i went through that entire thread and saw zero evidence of any attempt at developing w/ the BluetoothManager private frameworks nor any attempt at writing your own code for HCI interfacing, so how in the world can it be claimed that "its never going to happen" - barely anything has been tried....

perhaps a better quote would have been "Basically, we dont think its going to happen. Not from us, because we're not sure what we're doing"

i guess you'll just have to stay tuned in for the real development.... (hint hint

, there should be a media release fairly soon...)

i'll believe it when i see it - using bluetool is no different than the previous hack to get the on-board bluetooth manager to kick in for the touch (all native BT functionality on the touch or iphone uses BlueTool, but i would have figured you knew that by now....)

I'm fully aware of your status RpConnect, and I apologize for that post. I never realized exactly how far your team went with sweettooth. I apologize, and *hint* congratulate you.
