hey guys i dropped my ipod last week (i know..shame) i am now sending it in. Ill probably receive a new one. My question is, does itunes create a backup of all my files everytime iadd something to my calendar and sync? I think itunes has a "backup" file will my calendar & contacts be synced automaticly back to my new ipod because I dont have them anywhere else and im scared of losing everything... Should I?

iTunes creates backup only when you are about to restore your ipod, im afraid you will lose that info. (Correct me if im wrong)

so my best option would be to restore it before sending it in? Then when i symc the new one it should essentially go back on it right?
