Broken iPod Touch 2g. What is the best website to have it repaired?

    My ipod touch is in recovery mode and tried everything to restore it but it will not work. I need to know the best website that has good pricing and good quality service. Does anyone know any good websites that i can try?

    Sent my ipod to ipodjuice.com and they said my logic board is bad and is charging me $200 for a new logic board.

    hmm.. for another 100 or less you can get a new one.
    i got mine off craiglist barely used for 240.

    bad move any of could have done it free. i highly doubt its a logic board prob. you got ripped!!!!11!!!111!!!11!!1one!!12

    what you should do is

    1. search for the folder called appdata
    2. once in the folder, there will be 3 folders... go into the folder called roaming
    3. look for apple computer
    4. open up itunes folder
    5. look for ipod or iphone software updates folder
    6. once in there, delete the firmware and put the firmware you create
    7. remember to copy the original firmware that apple had provided to you
    8. close the folder and go to itune
    9. restore everything
    10. you should be back to your old apple firmware or custom firmware
