How bout you just say the battery died. Or don't bring it to school.

the only viable way to make her stop threatening me is to convince that its broken =\. is there really no such app?

I believe there is a Cydia app called iBroke, but it's not very convincing. The easiest thing to do is to stop bringing it to school or to tell her that you didn't bring it to school.

    uh..
if u really wanted to, bring it to school in dfu mode. nothing she tries will make it work (but then u have to restore) (or u could just say no and not bring it)

The other 'viable' way is to be more assertive. Tell her that she can't use it.
If she's 'threatening' you as you say she is, take it up with a teacher.
