I haven't been able to find much much on this. But here is my scenario:

-I have one ethernet cable in my office.
-I want to be able to play Playstation Network and use my iMac at the same time.
-Both have built in wifi and I use my iMac as a wifi hotspot for FaceTime.
-My house is hardwired (no wifi except the internet share)

    Any way to accomplish this?

Put the cable in the iMac, then put it in the PS3, and then go to your network settings (Or whatever it is on Mac), highlight both, right click, and bridge connections. That's how I do it on my laptop, but I'm on Windows. Sorry if this doesn't help at all.
