well i see lots of people claiming to have bricked their ipods but here is my question. did they just try to restore their new pwned software regularly without actually pwning the ipod touch or iphone? i mean think about it it could be an easily made mistake. im just asking i dont want any negative replys like your a dumbass or take your sh*t elsewhere im just asking

Nope. I did it perfectly correct.

nope, you can only brick it while pwning your device, not uploading the firmware. It modifies (flashes) the bootloader and if that screws up, you can't boot into the Main OSX or the Recovery OSX, So no restore mode

The bootloader is the part that accesses the software for your device.
You have to flash your bootloader while using pwnage.
    There is no option.

Follow my guide and you should be ok, yes you have to mod your bootloader, and no you can still be bricked by normal jailbreaks (well lose you EDGE, Phone Receiver, Not Really Be Able To Use It) because the iphone has a baseband and the ipod touch doesn't, that can be bricked

I've pwned my touch several times. In all honesty, I just don't see how you can have any issues. You put it in restore mode, you can even use Ziphone so you don't have to press any buttons on your touch, hit pwner in pwnage, and 2 minutes later, you're done. It's easy. No offense to the folks who "bricked" their ipod, but, I really think you have to screw it up yourself.

Aren't you the same guy that claimed to have done this twice? I mean you know, right before you became an expert.
