In private/var/Applications/MobileMusicPlayer.app there is a file called CoverFlowPlaceHolder44.png. This is the default picture for the coverflow no artwork label. I was playing around with it and now the label has disappeared completely. I restored the original from backup, made sure the original permissions were maintained, did a resync in itunes, did a hard reboot on the touch, everything I could think of and nothing works.

In iphonebrowser, (which I was using to copy/paste the file) convert png is set to "iphone to PC". Is it possible that when I put this file on my computer it was changed to a non-compatible format?

Can someone tell me if the file in question is named exactly as above on your touch, maybe it was misnamed somehow while I was playing around with it.

    thanks

If one of you could stop sperm-waxing their ipod for a few minutes, I'd appreciate it.
