My brother bricked his Ipod Touch by using ZiPhone v.3.0, but his Ipod touch is 2.2. He sucks at doing this crap. Is there any way to unbrick it?

We are currently in DFU mode and when we try to restore and update, it doesn't really work...

    Thanks in advance

ZiPhone sucks! It doesn't even work on 2.0 and higher! Use the DevTeam tools, PwnageTool and QuickPwn, to jailbreak. I "experienced" ZiPhone 3.0 and it was ridicoulously buggy compared to the DevTeam tools. Please search before you post!

Wait, I don't understand... You can use PwnageTool and QuickPwn to unbrick an iPod Touch?

    EDIT: I have a 2G iPod Touch 16GB.

You can't brick an iPod touch.
Put the device into DFU mode again and restore to a clean firmware.

Just Restore the iPod and don't ever touch ZiPhone again. And realize that nobody yet has a working jailbreak for the iPod Touch 2G. If you can't restore, take it to Apple and hope that nobody rejects it by saying you voided your warranty.
