I think I bricked.. I was all the way on to step 11, on the stickied tutorial, then my iPod screen whent black.
I go into DFU mode, and iTunes detects it. I completley close iTunes, and open 'irecovery.exe -s' and it says

    Got USB
    No iPhone/iPod found.

Make sure iPod is in dfu PROPERLY, meaning you never see an apple logo while dfuing, just black screen.

I have the black screen, and I dont see the apple logo.
Installed lib-usb, and I am on Windows XP.
    How I get to DFU:
    Hold Power+Home for 10 seconds.
    Let go of Power.
    Hold Home for 10 more.
    Let go.

    Computer recognizes, iRecovery does not.
btw, is there anyway I can restore to official firmware? (Just wondering..)
    EDIT:
NVM, My USB cable was very loose. :S
    Fixed

I can finally do all the steps, then I use the cmd 'go', and it brings me to the screen where it has the 'iTunes' logo and the USB cord. If I open iTunes, it wants me to restore it. (I used the tut at http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=137796)
