I've looked around here, but got no results and it's quite unusual so here goes

Would it be possible to salvage the Brick files from an older iPod software download and port them to the touch, possibly with a click wheel lower down on the Touch's screen?

This may seem a bit pointless, but Brick has something of a cult where I'm from, although a NES equivalent might cut it.

If not, could anyone recommend a guide for building .apps for the Touch?

I'm surprised no one made an app for this game yet

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look around.

I think porting it would be easy, adding the click wheel like what has been done in gps would be easy - extracting the files from previous software installers would be the problem I think.

I'll give it a go if anyone can give me a hand compiling a .app for it. I don't actually have my Touch yet, perhaps someone could browse Installer for it?

Why you need clickwheel? Best shud be 2 modes. One mode. use the accelemeter so you just need the move your ipod up and down to move your brick bar xD and other mode for just touch the screen from left to right

Using the accelerometer would be cool, but only as a second option
