yeah! maybe even a small dock connecting sideways for landscape mode and setting it down on a flat surface, where the antenna is flat against the back of the device. Man i'm telling you, this would be a great device. But i'm no programmer...so yeah.

    Fail?

Firstly a TV tuner uses a crap load of power which the ipod does not have, and secondly there is no way possible to connect anything via usb to the ipod.

Stick to MS Paint. What's next?

EPIC STICK ON USB HARD DRIVE!?!?

u are a fail, never heard of external power?
and secondly, he's talking about a concept, picture is his idea, not the whole concept. but it can work, if you made a driver for it and place it on cydia.

so, please think first be4 you post

The 3.0 SDK allows access to external accessories, so no driver is needed. If he felt like actually making that device and the app for it, he could most likely sell it in the app store.

You fail because ever heard of a battery? And with the new 3.0 APIs someone could make this and get it approved by apple for the app store.
