The bottom of my iPod touch crunches or cracks when I apply minimal pressure to it? How come it is not te case. I accidentally dropped it a few days ago. The problem only started today. Any suggestions. I do not want to tun it in. I don't think my parents will let me.

I bet it's dirt between the aluminum casing and the glass.

I think mine does the same thing (or something similar). When I firmly press down on the bottom-left hand corner of my iPod, it bends down a bit.

That is nothing like the problem in the OP.

I would say just go for a replacement. There's not really a way to get the dirt out without taking the glass out, and that's really not worth the risk IMO.

I also have a screen protector figuring how to take it off. It's only on the bottom right corner

It's not the screen protector. Should I call apple first?

Why do you need to take off the screen protector?

Weird... I suspect placebo effect. (AKA it's not really any different, you just believe it is cause you want it to be true)
