    Hi there, I'm wondering whether anyone would take the time to edit a /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/da.lproj ... I'm using danish on my iPhone so i need a the danish string. First of all, i know this is a touch forum, but the difference is so small, and second of all, i have no program or MAC OS to alter or change the string my self :S have tried..

    This is the text change i need to get rid of the slide text:
    "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" = "";
    "POWER_DOWN_LOCK_LABEL" = "";
    "SLIDE_TO_ANSWER" = "";

    One more thing

    I've been wondering whether it's possible to change the bar around the slide bar to be transparent, since that would look better for my theme

    that would be the bottom bar

    Okay download this file: SpringBoard.strings
    Then look for this
    Code:

    <key>AWAY_LOCK_LABEL</key>
    <string> </string>

    You would put what you want in between the <string> </string>

    Now you would put this in this directory:
    YOURTHEME.theme
    -Folders
    --SpringBoard.app
    ---en.lproj
    --->SpringBoard.strings

    or

    YOURTHEME.theme
    -Bundles
    --com.apple.springboard
    ---en.lproj
    --->SpringBoard.strings

    Before doing all this, you must be able to SSH into your Ipod or Iphone.

    I believe you have done that alr?

    I got this from iKeablr in my own thread. Hope it helps,

    Thx, but thats not the problem, i need someone to edit the danish springs for me, since i cant find a program to open em with in windows :S i have tried trust me. And yes i've got iphonebrowser, which in my opinion is way better but thats a different story. The issue is rly only the part where i need to open and config the file. thats my only problem. If someone would config all the sliding texts and then upload the danish version, cuz i know just where to put it
