I have it installed, have the pictures chosen for the slideshow, all of the themes disabled in Winterboard, and yet, the slideshow won't work. Actually, it is working, but it's behind my current wallpaper I think. I say this because when I bring up the apps I have backgrounded, I can see the slideshow on the little dock at the bottom. How do I get the slideshow on the full springboard?

Try setting your current wallpaper as a png that is 100% transparent.

I have this problem too. Can someone provide a transparent wallpaper for the Retina Display?

I don't have this problem. What are your settings?

There you go, 640*960 transparent Wallpaper.

You can also turn Homescreen-Wallpaper off in
    /System/Library/Coreservices/Springboard.app/N72AP.Plist
